    I got in and out fairly quick. The staff was very friendly. I had the smoked salmon bagel and it tasted great.

    Nope. The manager is crappy to her customers and the staff, berates the staff in front of customers on top of pushing rushing customers through the store like their pieces on an assembly line, got pissed because she didn't 'LISTEN' to my entire order, hey slow it down, customers always right, got it. I see several customer service complaints on multiple rating sites about this manager Amanda. Wouldn't know customer service if it bit her in the ass. Btw, fix your damn parking lot, looks like it was bombed out by my squadron

    I have been going to Brueggers since 2013 and have not had any issues up until the past few months. The manager (I presume) is a mess, always assumes what I want and I often have to repeat my order to her 2-3 times. The past FOUR times I have gone my order has been completely wrong. This last time I went I asked for a toasted cinnamon sugar bagel - when she handed me the bagel I asked if she remembered to toast it and she said yes when she knew she hadn't toasted it. She needs to be trained properly or replaced before I return.

    My family came at 12:40 on 4/7/19 and the woman working was extremely sloppy and careless when making our sandwiches. It was a total mess. She acted frustrated when requesting she add things that she forgot to put on the sandwiches. The bagels were cut poorly and while watching we didn't want to take them home because it was very poorly done. Buyer beware! It's a shame because my family likes this place a lot.

    Not the best location. Have been several times and every time the employees either forget something on the bagels or are rude. Needs help in the customer service department for sure
